We took bus 21 (you can take it from Castellane or Rond Point du Prado, both places with metro access) towards the Luminy campus. From there, it's a short walk to the entrance of the Parc National des Calanques. If you want to reach the beach of the Calanque du Sugiton, you have to walk around 45min through the park.
